Job Summary

The DWM & Mortgage Business Finance Team Leader will lead a team responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for UOB Indonesia DWM & Mortgage. This role ensures robust financial insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize product & segment profitability.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
* Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial performance for DWM & Mortgage business.
* Develop and implement robust budgeting and forecasting processes for DWM & Mortgage revenues, expenses, and profitability.
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within DWM & Mortgage business, providing actionable recommendations to management.
* Prepare and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
* Collaborate with business heads and managers to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial support.
* Drive cost efficiency initiatives and profit improvement strategies on DWM & Mortgage.
* Ensure compliance with UOB's financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
* Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute financial expertise to new product development and expansion initiatives.
* Continuously seek to improve financial processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
* Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or financial planning & analysis within the banking or financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of banking products (Deposit and Wealth Products), services, and business channels.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing finance team.
* Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.
* Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
* Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
