Daily Worker - Finance Accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting activities such as data entry and transaction recording
• Prepare and organize financial documents (invoices, receipts, payment vouchers)
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Help reconcile bank statements and financial records
• Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical and digital)
• Assist in preparing simple financial reports
• Support audit preparation by providing required documents
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation
• Perform general administrative tasks related to finance operations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
