  • Translate curriculum content into clear, visually engaging, and age-appropriate designs that are easy for teachers to use in the classroom.
  • Create parent-facing materials such as newsletters, event handouts, learning highlights, and progress update visuals aligned with Sparks Preschool’s tone and brand.
  • Maintain consistency in layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, readability, and overall branding across all materials.
  • Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files (PDF, PNG, editable Canva links) with correct formats, sizes, and margins.
  • Organize design files, templates, and asset libraries, ensuring proper version control and easy reuse.
  • Collaborate with CurDe and AcOps, handle revisions efficiently, and support urgent academic production needs when required.
  • Support urgent academic production needs for Open House/trial classes and school events (as needed)

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Education, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Good communication skills, open to feedback, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Reliable, professional, and willing to support academic and operational needs.
