Key Responsibilities
• Manage and control operational costs related to inventory and company assets.
• Perform inventory control activities, including stock monitoring, stock opname/cycle count, variance analysis, and shrinkage control.
• Prepare and analyze cost, inventory, and asset utilization reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and improve internal control systems related to inventory and assets.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum experience:
• 4–6 years in cost control, inventory control, or asset management roles.
• Strong understanding of:
• Inventory valuation methods (FIFO, Weighted Average, etc.)
• Asset lifecycle management and depreciation
• Cost analysis and budgeting
• Proficient in ERP / inventory systems (e.g., Oracle or equivalent).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Spreadsheet.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
