Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Own and execute the corporate sales business plan in alignment with company strategy; ensure disciplined tracking, governance, and delivery against targets
  • Drive revenue growth by leading effective B2B sales activities, pipeline management, and deal execution across key corporate segments
  • Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and key decision-makers within target industries
  • Monitor corporate sales performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement improvement initiatives to consistently exceed targets
  • Provide regular, data-driven reporting on performance, OKRs, KPIs, and key initiatives to the Management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to propose, develop, and execute product or solution enhancements for corporate clients
  • Lead, coach, and develop the corporate sales team to ensure strong execution, capability building, and sustained high performance

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven B2B leader with strong execution discipline and the ability to scale results through people.

  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, with proven leadership experience managing teams and complex accounts
  • Solid experience in the travel industry (Travel Agency, OTA, corporate travel, MICE, or related ecosystem)
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a corporate / enterprise sales environment
  • Strong and established corporate network, with the ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships at decision-maker level
  • Excellent negotiation, deal-structuring, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action and business impact
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
