A strategic finance role responsible for conducting in-depth financial and market analysis, building financial models and business plans, supporting fundraising and bank financing activities, and providing data-driven insights to support management decision-making and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct detailed financial and market analysis to identify industry trends, financial benchmarks, and competitive positioning.
2. Build and maintain simple P&L models, financial projections, and business planning models to support strategic initiatives.
3. Prepare transaction documents and financial packages for bank loan applications, refinancing, and fundraising activities.
4. Compile data, analysis, and supporting documentation to address inquiries from banks, investors, and senior management.
5. Develop research reports and presentation decks summarizing financial insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
6. Monitor financial performance and operational metrics, identifying gaps and proposing data-driven improvement initiatives.
7. Support cross-functional strategic projects by providing financial analysis, scenario modelling, and decision-support materials.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Management from reputable universities.
2. 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, operations, business strategy, and finance strategy
3. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, index match; VBA is a plus), PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen.
5. Strong communication skills (English & Bahasa) and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
6. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
