This role is for a planner who thinks in people, not just channels. As a Connection Planner, you’ll turn audience insight into smart, integrated media connections that drive real business impact. You’ll sit at the heart of strategy, performance, and creativity; connecting data, platforms, and ideas into plans that actually work in the real world.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop audience-led connection strategies that translate business objectives into clear media approaches.
• Build full-funnel plans across paid, owned, and earned channels; balancing performance and brand impact.
• Partner closely with strategy, performance, and activation teams to ensure ideas are executable and effective.
• Use data, insights, and research tools to uncover growth opportunities and sharpen recommendations.
• Present thinking clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients, telling a compelling performance story.
• Stay ahead of media, consumer, and platform trends to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
A Bit About You
• At least 2 years of experience in connection planning, media strategy, or integrated planning.
• Strong understanding of digital, performance, and how channels work together across the funnel.
• Naturally insight-driven, you ask why before jumping to how.
• Comfortable working with data and turning it into clear strategic direction.
• Confident communicator who can influence without over-complicating.
• Curious, proactive, and excited by solving complex problems in smart ways.
