Job Description :
- Prepare and issue Claim Discharge Letters accurately and in accordance with claim decisions.

Prepare various claim correspondences (internal & external), including:

Claim rejection letters

Requests for additional documents

Confirmation and clarification letters

Handle claim settlement processes, including:
-
Reimbursement
-
Total Loss settlement
-
Ensure all claim documents are complete and well-organized for both internal and external purposes.

Prepare and complete claim documents for reinsurance purposes (bordereaux, claim advice, supporting documents).

Ensure data consistency between systems, physical documents, and claim communications.

Support the claims team in maintaining administrative SLA and documentation quality.

Conduct rechecking (quality control) of documents before submission to related parties.
Requirements :
- Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Insurance, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in claims administration or insurance operations.

Understand the basic flow of claims processes (knowledge in Non-Motor / Motor claims will be an advantage).
- Highly precise and detail-oriented (critical requirement).

Strong documentation and administrative skills with a systematic approach.

Able to work under deadlines and handle high work volumes.

Good communication skills and ability to draft formal correspondence effectively.

Demonstrate high integrity, especially in handling financial and legal documents.
