1. Implement program schedule and inform to related unit/area
2. Conduct socialization/publications of Campus Program in BINUS @Bekasi Campus to related unit and social media.
3. Maintain and update documentations related to Campus Program development activities
4. Conduct activities related to training need analysis for Campus Program training activities 
5. Arrange workshops/trainings for Campus Program activities related to student affairs area 
6. Communicate with related area to enhance student affairs achievement and development 
7. Maintain and update record and documentation related to Campus Program planning & standard activities
8. Arrange and handle student admission process to participate in training/workshop/seminar/talk show
9. Organize training/ workshop/talk show events
10. Organize events for soft skill development
11. Create and issued certificate related to Campus Program events/activities (for Faculty Member and SAT Point for student)

Management Support Activities :

o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time 
concern, effort and cost).
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), or
• University student (6th semester)

Work Experience :

 • No working experience

Special Skills :

• Knowledge on Academic Grade (JJA Dikti)
• Knowledge on Social Media usage
