Business Operations Associate will support the Strategy & Operations team by managing operational data, building dashboards, and delivering insights that drive decision-making across preschool operations. This role is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, and School Operations to ensure data accuracy, visibility, and actionable reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Quality
- Collect, consolidate, and clean data from multiple sources (sales, operations, finance, HR).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across reports and dashboards.
- Maintain structured datasets and documentation for recurring report
2. Dashboard & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) to track key business metrics.
- Translate operational data into clear visual insights for management and team leaders.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
3. Business & Operational Support
- Support Strategy & Operations team with data analysis for performance tracking and problem-solving.
- Provide insights related to enrollment funnel, occupancy, revenue, staffing, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis for new initiatives, pilots, or school expansion planning.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Admissions, School Heads, and Finance to understand data needs.
- Align metrics definitions across teams to ensure one source of truth.
- Support meetings and reviews with data preparation and post-meeting follow-ups.
5. Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in data availability, reporting flow, and operational tracking.
- Recommend improvements to data processes, dashboards, and reporting structures.
- Support standardization of KPIs across multiple preschool branches."
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, reporting, or similar roles.
- Experience supporting management or strategy teams is a strong plus.
- Experience building dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of data structuring and reporting logic.
- Ability to present data in a clear, simple, and decision-oriented way.
- Understanding of using SQL
