Role Summary
Responsible for marketing plan / concepts, working with all the departments eg. Artist and Repertoire, Artist Management, Finance and sales, developed marketing strategies and plans and observe or research the trend of the music industry to apply on the marketing strategy to make the promotion strategy success, executed well and analyse / evaluate it.
About the role
Support the development of marketing plans for artist releases and campaigns
Execute marketing plans with alignment to P&L and business objectives
analyze market trends and review campaign performance to provide insights for marketing decision-making
Manage marketing campaign assets
Help build and maintain positive working relationships with artists and key stakeholders
Assist in coordinating artist promotions across digital and non-digital channels, including online and on-the-ground activities
Liaise with media partners and agencies to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Desirable Traits:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Music Business, or equivalent
Preferably fresh graduate or up to 2 years working experience
Possess good analytical skills, problem solving, team player, entrepreneurship
Strong verbal and written English communications skills
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software
Have a strong drive to learn new thing
Good attitude and integrity are a must
