Responsibilities:
1. Website and Digital Service Content Management
Support user acceptance testing for web-based system.
Liaise with other departments to ensure all contents are aligned with regulations.
Monitoring content development requests from all respective departments on website.
Coordination with vendor regarding content publication
Support PRUServices organic campaign
Support content integration across digital channels
Provide weekly and support monthly report of content publication status and article development
2. SEO & Article Content Development
Collaborating with vendor to improve website SEO in terms of on-page, off-page, and technical.
Support to find viral and trends related to SEO and content marketing.
Review and proof-reading content article material.
Liaise with vendor to track article and infographic development status.
Manage and follow-up article distribution internal approval across department.
Able to create articles that User and SEO friendly
Requirements
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
Experience in SEO and Content Writing are preferred.
Attention to detail and self-initiated to complete task.
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
High willingness to learn and good attitude in professional environment.
Digital savvy.
Familiar and experienced with SEO, content marketing, and content management are plus points.
Willing to Work-from-Office min 3 days per week. Location in Kota Kasablanka, South Jakarta.
