Key Responsibilities
- Manage weekly and term-based class schedules for students aged 3–12.
- Match teachers and students efficiently based on availability and level.
- Handle schedule changes and urgent adjustments smoothly.
- Lead teacher onboarding—from documentation to training and classroom readiness.
- Create clear SOPs and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective onboarding.
- Plan and execute regular teacher training and development programs.
- Analyze feedback and performance data to drive teacher growth.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement in teaching quality.
- Monitor class delivery and student engagement.
- Address real-time class issues with teachers and parent teams.
- Build systems to gather and act on feedback from students, parents, and teachers.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in early childhood or primary education (ages 3–12) or EdTech, with a background in music education or work at a music school.
- 3–5 years in academic operations, teacher management, or education program delivery.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Independent and proactive in fast-paced environments.
