Job Description

The Mission

Devoteam G Cloud is expanding its footprint. We are seeking a Work Transformation Tribe Lead to orchestrate our Collaboration and AI practice across South East Asia.

Based in Jakarta, you will lead a high-performing "Center of Excellence" consisting of GWS Engineers, AI Specialists (Gemini), and Change Management Consultants. Your goal is to export our delivery excellence across the region, ensuring that a project delivered in South East Asia meets the same high standards as one delivered in Indonesia.

Your responsibilities will be:

Regional Delivery & Engineering Leadership

1. Cross-Border Delivery: Manage the deployment of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise projects across SEA. You will coordinate resources from the Indonesia hub to serve regional clients.
2. Technical Excellence: Lead the GWS and AI Engineering teams. Ensure technical designs for migrations, security, and AI integrations are robust and scalable for enterprise clients.
3. Margin Protection: Monitor project finances rigorously. You are responsible for maintaining healthy Project Margins by managing scope and ensuring technical efficiency, regardless of which country the client is in.

Change Management Framework & Localization

1. Build the SEA Framework: Create a unified Change Management roadmap. You will define how Devoteam delivers change, then adapt this framework to fit local cultures (e.g., tailoring adoption strategies for a Singaporean MNC vs. an Indonesian BUMN).
2. Methodology Owner: Standardize the use of ADKAR/Prosci methodologies within the tribe to ensure a consistent "Devoteam Experience" for all customers.

Business Expansion (Farming & Strategy)

1. Regional Farming: Work with Account Managers in different SEA territories to identify expansion opportunities within existing clients (e.g., moving a GWS client in Thailand to Gemini Enterprise).
2. Global to Local Alignment: Act as the SEA representative to Devoteam Global. You will import global "Work Transformation" strategies and adapt them for the SEA market context.

Resource Management

1. Regional Utilization: Collaborate with the PMO to manage the "Bench" effectively. You will decide when to deploy Indonesian engineers to regional projects to optimize costs and billability.
2. Capability Building: Forecast the skills needed for the next 6-12 months (e.g., "We need more Gemini prompt engineers for the Singapore market") and ensure the team is trained and certified before the demand hits.

The Squad You Will Lead

1. You will manage a "Hybrid Squad" that serves the region:
2. GWS Engineers: The backbone of our migration and security delivery.
3. AI Engineers: Specialists in Gemini, Vertex AI, and AppSheet integration.
4. Change Consultants: The human interface, driving adoption and training.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

1. Experience: 8+ years in IT Consulting or Professional Services, with 2+ years of experience handling projects or teams with a regional (SEA) scope.
2. Tech Stack: Expert knowledge of Google Workspace and a strong operational understanding of Generative AI (Gemini) in enterprise settings.
3. Change Management: proven ability to build Change Management frameworks from scratch.
4. Language: English (Fluent/Business Professional) is mandatory for regional coordination. Bahasa Indonesia (Fluent).

Professional Attributes:

1. The "Consultant" Mindset: You can sit in front of a Regional CIO and explain the business value of AI, while also explaining the technical migration path.
2. Commercial Acumen: You understand how to leverage lower-cost delivery centers (Indonesia) to serve higher-cost markets (Singapore/Australia) to maximize margins.
