• Design and develop advanced data models that align with complex business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
• Create and optimize database schemas that ensure high performance, scalability, and data integrity for large-scale systems.
• Provide data quality initiatives by establishing standards, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to maintain high data accuracy.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation of complex data models, schemas, and architecture processes for organizational reference and strategic planning.
• Work closely with the DBA, Data Engineer, and IT AT teams to ensure that data architecture solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational standards.
• Continuously monitor the performance of data architecture solutions, proactively identifying areas for enhancement and implementing improvements.
• Coordinate project planning sessions, providing input on data architecture requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in data architecture, modeling, and integration, and also drive innovation within the organization’s data systems.
• Ensure the effective maintenance and enhancement of the data mesh, promoting a decentralized architecture that supports scalable and efficient data management.
• Monitor the development, maintenance, and strategic direction of data products, ensuring they meet organizational needs and drive business value.
• Monitor the maintenance and expansion of the business glossary, ensuring consistent and accurate data terminology across the organization.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior data architects, encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Continuously evaluate emerging data architecture technologies and methodologies, recommending and implementing those that will provide competitive advantage or efficiency gains.
• Ensure that all data architecture solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, mitigating risks and ensuring data security and privacy.
• Management Support Activities:
  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

·Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, or other major related to Data Science (e.g., Math, Statistics, Information System)

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Information Technology, particularly in database and application
• Proven experience in SQL programming, data warehousing (DWH), Big Data technologies, and data analytics, with hands-on expertise in implementing and maintaining complex data architectures

Special Skills/ Certification:

• Database Management System (DBMS)
• Data Modeling & Business Intelligence Tools
• Web Services Administration (system and application)
• Data Mesh Architectures
