Job Description Summary

Developing continuous improvement and implementing SOPs ensuring that processes comply with company policies and regulations also collecting and analyzing operational data to assess process effectiveness & support the implementation of technologies and systems designed to enhance operational efficiency

Job Description

• Analyze existing operational processes identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production supply chain quality and IT to identify opportunities and drive change
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and implement sustainable corrective and preventative actions
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement problem-solving and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence and integrate them into company strategies
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance project progress and achieved savings to senior management
• Support the implementation of new technologies and systems designed to enhance operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration Operations Management or a related field. Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an Operational Excellence Process Improvement or Lean/Six Sigma role preferably within the agricultural manufacturing or supply chain industries
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement projects that have delivered tangible results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in process mapping data analysis tools (e.g. Minitab Excel) and project management software
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with change management principles and techniques
• Fluency in English is required proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
