Learning Solution Activities: • Provide guidance and support in all phase of Training Design & Development

• Monitor and evaluate various programs under his/her scope

• Responsible to provide equipment for trainer and module developer based on BCL&D Curriculum and their competency

• Involved in Conducting Need Assessment (if needed)

• Design and develop Professional Development Program

• Facilitate Series of Professional Development Program for various Business Unit

• Coordinate and facilitate external public offer training to leverage BINUS brand through BCL&D

• Ensure all the Professional Development Program runs effectively

• Execute various program under his/her scope

• Conducting continuous improvement through rigorous evaluation & monitor on the professional development program

• Support and Involve (if needed) in Research & Innovation in Learning & Training

• Ensure the Satisfaction Index of all Professional Development program above average

• Support activities and program related BCL&D, especially for ISO preparation and Documentation

• Ensure that all process have run according SOP

Facilitator & Content Developer Activities: • Design and Develop Training Module & Resources for officer and lower level

• Deliver Training (As Instructor/Facilitator) for officer and lower level and ensure high quality delivery

General Activity: • Provide periodic report to direct supervisor

• Suggest improvement process especcially that related to Learning Solution

• Act as a Facilitator/Trainer in the relevant competencies areas as assigned by direct supervisor or based on institution’s need

• Perform activities related to Quality Management System

• Perform other activities as assigned by direct Supervisor General Requirement: • Minimum holder Bachelor Degree (S1) in relevant field, preferable Master Degree from Education or Psychology

Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years working experience in sensior staff, or minimum 4 years working experiences in Human Resource Department/Lecturer Department Services (in areas of training / event organizer)

• And/ or experience as Training/Instructor with related field

• And/or Experience in Coordinating & Implementing Various National & International Training Program for Teachers-Lecturers
