Finance & Accounting Staff

We're hiring a skilled and motivated person to join our team as Finance & Accounting Staff. You will be responsible to provide financial information, maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers. The successful candidate should have deep analytical skills and attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all finance and accounting activities related to bank reconciliation and jurnal entries.
• Accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Examination of documents related to financial transactions that are carried out properly.
• Get all required data for monthly and yearly closings.
• Send monthly financial reports to superiors according to the date/time determined by the company.
• Assist and support other data needed by superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree in Accounting, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Having a basic knowledge of accounting
• Highly responsible with good initiative and self-motivated
• Demonstrated capability to work in team or independently
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines and multiple assignments
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
