First Virtual Assistant role to fulfil - Recruitment (and HR)



No prior experience or intense interview is required. Just prove through actions and results.



Are you ready to take on a challenge and prove yourself in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment?



We're looking to hire 2-4 Virtual Assistants (VAs) for 50-100 hours per month (potentially moving to full-time) who can excel in at least two of the following areas to help manage and scale our marketing agency:



  • Recruitment and HR Focused (first role we are testing for)
    • Manage inbound hiring processes for positions like Media Buyers, Account Managers, and Sales Executives.
    • Handle HR tasks, including employee engagement initiatives.

  • Marketing Focused
    • Find and curate engaging topics to showcase our client work on LinkedIn and Instagram.
    • Get involved in SEO, paid ads, outreach campaigns and management of a working sales process to help attract new clients (not selling directly)

  • Technical Focused
    • Generate client reports via our ESP, Klaviyo.
    • Conduct audits for potential new clients.

  • LinkedIn Content and Engagement
    • Create LinkedIn posts and engage with the community.
    • Help the owner achieve "Top Voice" status (requires excellent copywriting skills).

  • Client Communication Focused
    • Manage internal communications.
    • Handle client communications, starting with simple opportunities and advanced tasks down the line.

  • Finance and Operations Focused
    • Prepare monthly reports and financial reviews.
    • Assist with financial planning, team organisation, and structure.


    The Process:


    We are conducting an ongoing recruitment process. Candidates will enter short 3-5 day trial periods within groups that potentially extend to ongoing work. 



    You'll work alongside others in the same role, allowing us to assess your abilities in a collaborative environment. Those who demonstrate excellence in at least one, but ideally two or more of the six areas listed will continue in the process, which could last up to 1 month.



    Those who don't make the cut will be informed and removed from the process.

    Make sure you are happy to:


    • Send us a Loom video introducing yourself—we need to get a feel for who you are and how you present.
    • Complete a 30-45 minute aptitude test via 3rd party software 
    • Be prepared for a short 5-10 minute interview
    • Be prepared for an initial 3-5 day paid trial followed by the potential of 1-4 weeks of 4 hr minimum per day hours hustle.


    Compensation:


    • Starting hourly rate: $4-6 (this rate will be in place for approximately 4-6 months unless you showcase exceptional ability and / or leadership). 
    • Opportunities for advancement to a full-time position and increased pay if you excel in two or three of the listed areas (based on eligibility and any other commitments)
