Required Qualifications :
- Master’s degree (S2)
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in social impact assessment, community development, stakeholder engagement, or land acquisition for major infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
- Possession of a valid certification of expertise (SKA/SKK) from an authorized Indonesian professional body. This certification should be relevant to Social Impact Analysis, Planning, or Community Development (e.g., SKA Ahli Sosiologi, Ahli Perencanaan Wilayah dan Kota).
