- Handle consumer banking IT projects and to fulfill compliance and regulatory operations.
- Reducing the number of required documents by merging/simplifying documents.
- Conduct monthly projects analytics.
- Ongoing post implementation review process improvement.
- Create and lead projects.
- Report all admin, BA and Developer tasks.
- Create presentation and present to BOD.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from related major from reputable University.
- Have a good leadership skill and good communication skill.
- Have a good knowledge of technical developer.
- Preferably from banking industry background.
- Have a good skill in Jira, Confluence, Timeline, Ganchart.
