This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible to for investment business maintenance include but not limited to engage with Fund Manager Partners, make necessary internal product documentation, Regulatory reporting submission, product management, program preparation, dealing with internal parties.
• Responsible for product development include but not limited to new product onboarding and launching preparation, bringing added value product to the shelf, in charge with product preparation from onboarding to sell.
• Analyze overall investment business, identify potential new investment business to bring additional income stream.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bancassurance or insurance, preferably under business development, performance or insurance product and marketing.
• Proficiency in English, Microsoft excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills to with different teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, able to work under pressure and result oriented.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
