Our client is currently looking for to create and operate a culinary center with creative concept and the most complete variety of food to become a leading destination at Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to understand culinary industry trends, consumer preferences, and competition dynamics, including identifying various market segments with growth potential.
- Design comprehensive and profitable culinary business strategies.
- Develop attractive culinary center that provide a gastro tourism experience to customers.- Establish mutually beneficial partnerships with culinary businesses and restaurants.
- Ensure standards and implementation of daily operational management of all activities in culinary center, including staffing, facility management, and ensuring the availability of necessary inventory and equipment.
- Ensure that established quality and service standards are consistently maintained and enhanced in all operational areas (including tenants), covering food and beverage quality and hygiene, cleanliness, and customer experience.
- Establish and manage budgets for all F&B operations, including cost control and financial analysis.
- Ensure all F&B operations comply with relevant local health, safety, and legal regulations.We need someone who is:
- Experienced on F&B industry for at least 15 years; with minimum of 5 years on Director level.
- Able to do market analysis, financial analysis, also business modeling.- Able to think creatively and innovatively to create outstanding culinary experiences.- Have an extensive network on F&B Industry.
