About the department
The Employee Experience Intern will be part of the People & Organization (P&O) and Legal, Compliance & Quality (LCQ) departments in Indonesia. These departments play a crucial role in managing the organization’s human resources and ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals who are passionate about creating a positive work environment and helping employee development.
The position
As an Employee Experience Intern in the People & Organization (P&O) and Legal, Compliance & Quality (LCQ) departments in Indonesia, you will assess organization-wide engagement program needs and benchmark best practices to ensure alignment with our values. You will develop creative concepts for key events like Ethics Week and Quality Day, and be in charge of liaising with vendors and managing training materials to ensure the successful execution of these activities. Our team is small, close-knit, agile, fun, and highly driven, passionate about driving change for patients.
