As a Digital Platform Operations Support, you will in-charge for daily operations of a Orbit distribution business, Digital goods distribution, as well as operational of Loyalty Platform Business.   This role will handle order fulfilment, operate SAP for financial and inventory management, and ensure seamless distribution of both physical modems and digital products.  



What you will do, but not limited to:


Modem Distribution Operations: 


  • Manage day-to-day operations of the modem distribution business, including inbound logistics, inventory control, and outbound shipments to resellers. 

  • Oversee the assembly process of modems, ensuring quality control and timely delivery. 

  • Track stock levels, coordinate with production teams, and manage warehouse operations to meet customer demand. 

  • Ensure correct linking of IMEI and MSISDN for modem devices before shipment. 

   Loyalty Platform Operations: 


  • Manage onboarding external merchant  

  • Coordinate to Telkomsel team to establish operating models 

  • Manage settlement, dispute and invoicing to merchant 

  • Handle day to day operation of loyalty platform and collaborate with Indies and external merchant for any dispute or issue in business process.  

 Digital Goods Distribution: 


  • operate the daily distribution of digital goods, ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment. 

  • Collaborate with internal team and to manage voucher distribution  

  • Analyse sales and operational data to enhance distribution and improve overall efficiency. 

  • Work closely with logistics, sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless flow of operations. 

  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to address supply chain issues and improve service quality. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. 

  • Minumum 1-3 years of experience in business operations 

  • Experience working with **SAP** (or equivalent ERP systems) for managing operations, finance, and inventory. 

  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics. 

  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. 

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. 

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. 

Preference on SAP and operational excellency  


  • Operate SAP for managing procurement, inventory, and order fulfillment processes. 

  • Ensure accurate financial tracking, invoicing, and billing through SAP. 

  • Monitor SAP processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of business metrics.
