About the department
The Corporate Branding Intern will be part of Indonesia's People & Organization (P&O) and Customer Engagement Business Unit. These departments play crucial roles in managing the organization’s human resources, customer engagement strategies, and branding initiatives. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals who are passionate about storytelling, brand management, and corporate communication.
The position
As a Corporate Branding Intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in Novo Nordisk's new corporate branding initiative, “Unordinary.” Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will learn and review this initiative to gain a deep understanding of its objectives. You will assist in preparing a corporate branding design and plan for Novo Nordisk Indonesia that aligns with the global theme while incorporating local contexts and achievements. Additionally, you will help the execution of the corporate branding plan through digital media channels and contribute to recruitment activities. You will also play a supportive role in the execution of Disease Awareness campaigns, helping to raise awareness and understanding of key health issues. This internship offers a dynamic and creative environment where you will learn from and collaborate with a close-knit, innovative team devoted to enhancing Novo Nordisk’s brand presence and reputation.
